Thermostat problems

I have a 2014 Airstream with two Dometic airconditioners. Zone 1 works good but zone 2 shows inside temp at 32 degrees. The ac will not cool and the furnace will not shut off. No help from Airstream or Dometic since I am the second owner. All help would be appreciated.

Are you saying the inside temperature of the trailer is actually 32 degrees. If so I would assume the heater would not shut off and clearly the AC would not come on.

More details please

It may be 85 degrees inside the trailer and the thermostat shows 32 degrees

Sounds like a dead thermostat. First think I would do is swap them and see if he problem moves with the change. If s get new one.

If the problem does not move it is in the unit. The AC may not be supplying correct voltage to the thermostat

common problem if you have a high humidity condition. the line that transmits the inside temp gets wet and send an incorrect temp until it dries out. if you remove the inside cowl you can see the two connectors that look like phone lines. there are threads here about this issue.
