Suburban NT30A furnace replacement

I have a 1969 31' Sovereign Airstream. I am getting ready to replace the Suburban NT30A Furnace with a modern unit. It looks like the Suburban NT30SP is the logical choice. Is the installation relatively simple, turnkey, any mod or extensive changes, difficulties?
Thanks,
Eric Pedersen

It's not a big deal. If it's the same situation that my 72 Sovereign was it's almost a direct swap to the NT30SP. I had to add a 1/4" spacer to the bottom to get it to line up with the vent hole. A new exterior vent will come with it and is just slightly different diameter than the original. You'll need to use it. Other than that just follow the instructions for wiring. Your old two wire thermostat will work fine with it.
