Suburban furnace popping...

After running for about 15 minutes, the Suburban furnace in our 1980 Excella starts "popping". It sounds like popcorn popping inside a heavy pot. New board, new thermostat, new igniter, adjusted gas valve, new regulator, runs great on the bench. Where do we go from here?
