RVP/Airxcel/Coleman MACH 8 A/C Quiet Outside Fan Ki

This may alredy have been discussed but I could not fine anything so maybe this will be of help to others. This is a current thread on the IRV2.co forum covering the noise issue with the Coleman Mach 8 AC.

I am curious is the new fan blade is being installed in current units produced for sale.

The last Mach 8 that I installed was in April and they had not yet upgraded the condenser fan blades.

Lew just wondering if you have installed the new fan blade on a Mach 8 and if it does cut down on the noise. Thanks

Nope! None of my Mach 8 clients have complained about the noise to date, but I guess I'll have to do one and measure the dB levels to see if they really work as advertised.
