I started to cool the fridge in my new 2003 International on 110v. Freezer compartment got pretty cold, but fins in rest of box barely got cold. The box only went down to about 60.
I then started it on propane and it fairly quickly went down to under 40. I switched back to 110v and checked again in 2 hours. It was back up to near 50. Back to gas and the temp is going back down again.
We're leaving in the AM for the weekend and we can just keep it on gas.
The thermostat apparently works in the propane mode. Seems to me I ought to check thge resistance of the AC element for starts and make sure that the connections are all tight.
Anyone have any other ideas of what may be happening?

I believe I would have to take it back to your Airstream Dealer. From your previous posts I see that you have a 2003 model. I would get this fixed under warranty.
Just my .02 cents.
