No Air in AZ

Does anyone know a person who will fix the old armstrong ac on my airstream trailer here in Phoenix, Arizona? it's a little toasty in this thing

well I'm not sure yet but I'd like a knowledgable ac person look at it. Most rv places will just want to replace it. I wired it strait to an extension chord to see if it worked and it did, but I have wireing problems to figure out. I didn't want to run it that way to long not sure it was enough power.
