New Suburban SF-30 in 1964 Globetrotter

I own a 1964 Globetrotter and just purchased a "new" Suburban SF-30 furnace to replace the original furnace. I realize the cabinet space gives me plenty of room to work with and since this is the only Airstream I've owned that pre-dates 1972 I thought the current vent on the outside was the traditional two holed rectangle vent. It is not it is the large square vent. When I install the new furnace will I have to replace the old square vent, replace the aluminum over the gaping hole and then install a new smaller vent with two holes that line up with the exhaust of the new Suburban furnace? I have yet to receive the new furnace but am digging into the process far before replacing the old furnace to get a heads up from my number one resource at Air Forums. Has anyone on the forum done this on a 64 or older that can link me to some pictures if I have to replace the aluminum on the outside or pictures of the same vintage? Thanks so much for your time.

I think this is what you're looking for. The guy I bought mine from had installed a Suburban heater, which has a loud fan but warms it up to toasty in a couple minutes. Nice to pull the curtains open sipping steaming Starbucks and see the tenters shivering around the campfire.
This is cropped from a photo that I took the day I bought mine a couple years ago and I realize I still haven't replaced the rusty screws on that panel with some nice aluminum rivets. Maybe tomorrow...

Thanks for the pictures. It looks almost exactly like our 19'. I guess I'm going to be forced into trying my hand at filling the vent hole in with aluminum. I've been replacing vents, lights etc, but always use stainless or rivets when replacing to avoid rust.
