Need Help Dometic Penguin To A Hydroflame 18000 furnace

My Dometic Penguin with the digital thermostat does not have any 12v power going thru the two blue wires connecting to the Atwood Hydroflame 18000btu furnace. On the dometic interior control box I have the little switch for the furnace on. Any ideas why there is no 12v power to these wires would be helpful.

Those wires are just contacts for the furnace. The furnace sends the power through one blue wire to the thermostat, all the thermostat does is connect the two wires when the temperature is below setpoint.
