Kudos to Micro Air

I recently purchased a used 2007 25' Classic. In Dec 2023, Micro Air had a sale on the easy start and I purchased one. I finally found the time to install it last week and much to my dismay, I found the previous owner had already installed one. I returned the unused unit to Micro Air and was pleasantly surprised today to receive an email with a refund of almost all I paid for it back in December. That's great customer service!!

I agree 100%. Micro-Air has outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a unit that was over a year old and they replaced it and a companion unit on my other A/C, just in case that one also had an issue.

No hesitation on their part to do what was right for the customer.
