Interior Temperature Sensor not Working
I have a 2014 28' FC with a Dometic A/C and thermostat. The interior temperature sensor indicated that the interior temperature is 32 degrees F. The actual temperature is 84 degrees. As a result only the furnace is working to increase the interior temp. I have tried to re-set the system per the instructions in the manual to no avail. I called the Dometic service center and after they walked me thru another reset without a solution, they suggested I go to a service dealer. My question is-has anyone had a similar problem? Were you able to solve the problem yourself? I am willing to take the unit to a RV dealer but we are traveling and are presently in Raleigh, NC for 2 weeks visiting with family. Can anyone give me a recommendation for a reliable dealer/service center. Thanks
