Incorrect step in Easystart Coleman directions?

I am attempting an EasyStart install on a new Airstream Basecamp 20X. It has the Coleman Mach 8 13.5. I followed the Easystart Guide (ASY-364-X20-IP) all seemed to go well until the last step, where I was suppose to connect the black wire to a spare spot on the purple block.

There wasn't a spare spot. There were 3 black wires and a purple wire already on it. So I added a piggyback. Does this sound ok? Did I make a mistake somewhere?

When I mounted my 15K Coleman Mach 8 Heat Pump two years ago I had to add a piggyback as well due to the existing crowd. The heat pump unit has worked flawlessly since.
