How are AC bolts attached.

I have the plastic shroud off the AC inside the trailer. Looking at 4 bolts connecting the lower and upper units. If I take the bolts off from the bottom can I get them back in or are there loose nuts on top?

I just replaced my original penguin 1 a domestic penguin 11. 3 or now 4 were (inch/ lbs) in there to squeeze the gasket down. They are bolted down to part of the ac. Don't worry about losing the nuts. ( in my penguin 11.) And my original penguin.
