Generator power for both AC's

I recently read a post where the streamer had been able to run both AC units off of his generator. I have modified my 345 to run both off of shore power but would like to also run both off of the generator. How do I get this done?

2 on shore power

Before I rewired my 345, only could run one on shore power. The gen has two breakers, one 30Amp and one 20Amp. The 20 was dedicated to the second air only. I now have the option to run both with a second 20Amp cord to the power pole. I rewired with a box purchased from Power Solutions which can run either way with simple conversion of a recepticle that can receive juice from the gen or connect to external power.

Both AC's off genset

I have rewired to be able to run both off of shore power. What I cannot do is run both off of the genset which is what I thought I had read was possible on another thread. If it is possible to run the 2 AC's off the genset I need to how to do the rewire!
