Off to read furnace manual now as that seems the issue

Not sure if this matters - but opened outer panel on AS to furnace - red small blinky light - blinks once every three seconds - label there says this means "air flow/obstruction"

Hit battery disconnect button to off - then turned off breakers for 2 min (that buzzing from furnace stopped) - then put breakers back on - buzz back and still no blower from furnace

I ran the propane at the stovetop burners for a couple minutes

One LP tank is empty and in the truck going to get refill - but this other hooked in - it felt still quite heavy and burners work as above

Looked in intake outside and saw no obvious obstruction - looked inside and found some scraps of aluminum in there but hard to see much - no other issues

Going to fill both tanks tomorrow just to be sure it isn't a pressure thing

Also will disconnect battery and reconnect and retry...

You must have an Atwood furnace if you are getting that fault code. It usually indicates either an obstruction in the ducting (airflow), a fault in the air prover circuit (sail switch) or a problem with the limit switch.

If all of this checks out, you need a new igniter board. I have replaced 3 in the last week with this exact same fault indication. It was the Chinese made igniter board every time!

Regardless of the warranty on your furnace, I would replace the board with a Dinosaur Fan 50+ board. Made in the USA and has a 3 year warranty.

Should I call Atwood or airstream?

That seems consistent with what the Atwood manual said about the troubleshooting...

I cannot find any obvious obstruction unless something has sucked way back in and cannot be seen

I would work thru your Airstream dealer first, but don't expect them to replace your igniter board with anything other than the same POS Atwood board.

Hmm - dealer is 5 hour drive - wondering if Atwood may do it local under warranty?

Darn - I was hoping to not have a critical systems issue :/

Any authorized Atwood repair center should be able to handle a warranty claim for you. Check their web site for someone near you, or call them.

Sweet - I'll check into that

You think it's not something more simple that I can troubleshoot

Besides making sure my power source is good and I have propane - no obvious obstructions - seems like someone is going to have to look at it at this point

Refilled propane tanks just to be sure (needed to anyway) - no difference - took off positive battery terminal - then back on - nothing

Lewster is most likely correct but try this before you have to dig into your pockets:
Ensure your clock is set
Turn to furnace only
Set fan on high
Mess a bit with the plugs inside the furnace (May be corroded)
Worked for me once so you never know.
Caveat: I repair my television by hitting it on the side. Jim

Spoke with a guy from dinosaur electronics - he talked me through my problem - fairly convinced the error is from the sail switch - he spoke of one if the 6 prongs from that connection on the board that if it had 12 v of power then it is your sail switch and said it would be the prong furthest from that black cylindrical foo dad soak coil thingie magiggie (my words)

I need to go home - tap at the sail switch while thermostat off - then back on and see if it fixes

I was out there with a basic electrical tester and two of the blue wires had power - one as I recall fits description of location and it matches the code so perhaps an easy solution - hold your breath
