Furnace

We have a 2025 30’ Globetrotter. Unit is 2 1/2 months old. Few days ago unit kicked off. Restart, blower runs for 20-30 seconds and stops. Researched and said to replace SCV Limit switch, which we did. No change. Propane tanks are full, range, on demand water heater work fine. Any ideas would be great. Thank You

I'd go outside and take the furnace cover off. Check the circuit board for a red blinking LED. Is it on? Is it blinking a code?

Next, find the reset switch that's on the furnace, turn it off and then on. If the thermostat is calling for heat the fan should turn on and 20-30 seconds later you ought to hear a click(gas valve) and snap-snap-snap of the spark starter. If the furnace doesn't start the sparking will stop and fan quit after a bit. However, the LED on the circuit board should be blinking a code. I think the codes are on a sticker on the fan body or the inside of the cover, definately can be found in the manual.

I expect you'll find codes like what I've attached

Unbelievable that such a new trailer would have a problem like this. My first reaction is to take it back to the dealer. I mean, it is under warranty, no?
Second thing is a sail switch. I am not sure if these newer furnaces have them but when you ask for heat the fan comes on first. There is a "switch" in the furnace that will signal the gas to be ignited when there is air flow. This switch sits on a lightweight "sail" device that easily moves in the wind. No movement, no gas and everything shuts down. It is not unusual in older units that the switch gets a bit clogged up with lint, cobwebs and such.

I would agree with the 'sail switch' being a possible cause. The propose of the sail switch is to ensure that there is adequate air flow before the burner ignites, also if for some reason the blower stops running the burner will shut down.

Thanks for the reply’s!
Furnace is working. We took Sail switch out, clean as a whistle. Moved freely. Reinstalled. Two Blue wire connectors seemed a little loose, inserted them tight. All good.
Dealer is 10 hrs away, that’s why I asked for help. Thank again

Having had a furnace board fail in cold weather in the past I now carry both a spare board and sail switch. Even if I never use them, it gives me comfort knowing that they are there. And I highly recommend Dinosaur brand boards. Checking the board LED as TitusNW said is the place to start when the furnace is giving you trouble (assuming you are sure you have propane).
