EasyTouch RV

I just upgraded my IPhone to a 14Pro. Since upgrading, my phone won’t connect to the EasyTouch via WiFi. Has anyone else had this issue?

EasyTouch is connected to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi
I have EasyTouch notifications turned on
Personal Hotspot is on, maximum compatibility is on

We use Bluetooth, as the range is fine for "nearby" - but if you can connect with Bluetooth, check for a software update for the device.

Mine works fine after two updates that were back to back, and a restart. Be sure your Wi-Fi is on and do a restart on the Easy-Start Rv. It should work. That’s what it took for mine to connect via Wi-Fi. You may have to go in Wi-Fi settings and log on the first time.

I had the same issue. I had to delete the app and reinstall it, and then go through the setup process again. Issue resolved.
