Preparing our Classic for the first trip of the year and noticed
our CZone monitor was locked and non responsive to touch. After following suggestions from individuals and this forum we have reset and rebooted the CZone panel and WiFi connection and have even removed panel from wall to confirm all connections were in place. Should be noted when trailer placed in storage all worked fine. After following all suggestions and directions the touch screen has come back on but only displays the airstream logo and is unresponsive to touch. Any thoughts or suggestions on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.
