Condensation Line?

I removed my subfloor to find a hose that use to be connected through the belly pan and exiting under the trailer in my '76 Caravanner Land Yact. I think it may be the AC condensation line but not sure? This hose is in between the walls and located at the drivers side front "corner" of the dome. Any ideas?
Also the worst part of my frame rust was very close to this hose line. I'm thinking these items are related since the hose was no longer attached through the belly of the trailer.
