Comfort Control thermostat

What am I doing wrong? When I put our 2007 Safari 23D in storage last fall the thermostat was working fine. This late winter when I got it out, not so.
I turned on the switch of the 5 button thermostat and only a few of the selections lit up but nothing would work. I read somewhere it perhaps had to be re-booted? I shut off all power supplies, waited 10 minutes, tried it again. Nothing different. I turned it off, held the Mode and Zone buttons in and turned it on again. It read FF. When I released the two above buttons it read EE. I also read somewhere here to look into the panel under the AC cover on the roof. All the switches were in the down position except the furnace. I switched that down to match the rest. Still nothing changes from the FF going directly to EE and the thermostat controlling nothing. I did all this with the original thermostat and again with a new replacement. Anyone?

EE indicates an error. For me, it was connection to the AC.

The dip switch for the furnace will need to be on for the furnace to work, but is fine to shut off to test. Resetting the CCC again would remove the furnace as an option, if it wasn't throwing an error.

I'd start with making sure the cable from the CCC to the AC is good. It's possible rats decided to have it for lunch.

Comfort Control

Thanks for replying. I'll try some more investigating with the furnace connections and telephone type looking connectors between the thermostat and AC.
