Cool Armstrong Shroud Mod.

Well I just ordered the Tuff-Maxx shroud and am going to
retro-fit it to the Armstrong on the 73' Argosy. The dimensions
are correct other than the length, and specifically the nose.

I am going to trim the existing bottom shroud piece (which is in
great shape) by 1" (or so) and fabricate "filler" pieces
to fill whatever small void there is in the front corners.

Before assembling I am going to paint the existing bottom
shroud with one of the new plastic paints that actually "melt"
into the substrate.

Armstrong Bottom Shroud Dimensions:

Length: 42 3/4" (aprox.)
Width: 29" (approx)
Height: 12 (approx.)

Tuff-Maxx Top Shroud Dimensions:

Length: 41 5/8"
Width: 29 3/8"
Height: 12 3/4"

I'll keep you posted and post pics along the way.
