These would be great if you grow them with SLA.
You could easily add an articulating sleeve and locking mounting tabs (maybe living tabs that spread out and lock onto the duct opening with a parameter twist cam).
The surface finish would also be as smooth as an injection molded part — perfect for color coating too!
