Air Conditioner Help

I am a new airstream owner. I bought my 1st airstream. 2018 30rb classic. It hasn't been used for a year. I am dewinterizing it. All is going ok but when I turn on both air conditioners, all I get is air and no cooling from both of them. I have tried everything I can think of. Anyone have any ideas?

What make/model AC..? Integral thermostat..?? or remote..? Is it turned fully “cold”..?? Are you certain you selected the main mode to “Cool” and not simply “Fan”…?

Thank you. I did not know the touch display had to be on cool. I thought just the fan button had to be on. It works perfect. Thank you.
