You need a good quality 30 amp connection to run two ACs and might need to shut off all other breakers. If the voltage is less then 115 volts before you start the first AC you shouldn't try to run the second AC. Lower voltage requires more amps and voltage often drops with more load, if the voltage drops too much it will damage your ACs. Also setting the fans to low speed will help a lot, lowering demand by 1 amp or more on each AC.
