My question is do any of you know if both ac units can be set the same temp or do they have to be set at different temps.

I don't have two ACs but I wouldn't see any reason why you need to set both to the same temperature. You may have one end of the AS in the sun and it would work harder. They run independently of one another, I assume, just like home AC units.

If there's nothing in your owner's manual about it, I would say you're OK.

Hi

You can set them anywhere you like. Both the same, one on / one off, one hotter / one colder. The only combo that is not recommended is one heating and the other cooling with both at the same temperature
