AC or mini split?

We are redoing a 1979 31' Airstream and don't know what to replace the worn out air conditioner with, a new roof mount or a mini split. We're on a slim budget so that is of consideration. Any suggestions for the most affordable way to stay cool in the summer.

We have both. I don’t know what the rooftop units are running now. I would think you would need two rooftop units in an Excella. Don’t know. The decibels on rooftop units are way up there. We installed a concealed/ducted mini in our 55 and really like it. As mentioned, budget. Shop the two different HVACs and determine budget-wise. There will be others chiming in, so maybe some helpful info. Good luck
