ac on a minuet with a roof antenna

so i finally figured out the parts needed to put my older dometic brisk air unit on my roof. and i found out where the proper install point is. now off to a nother problem ( always something)

where the 14x14 hole needs to be cut is directly behind my antenna. and of course the unit is to big so the antenna cant fold down all the way. i honestly dont care for the antenna so i dont have a problem chopping it off, my problem is i will have a hole on the interior ceiling where the crank handle is. and i really dont care to have that. is there any way to keep the antenna or is it possible at all to put the ac unit one rib forward so that the 14x14 hole will be where the antenna sits now?
