A/C Fan wiring

Ok,

Another question. Am I reading the wiring diagram right?

Seems like the 125VAC does to transformer, and 14VAC goes down to thermastat. Line returns to dummy side of transformer, where it meets line to relay. Other side of relay does back to 2nd pole on tansformer. The 14VAC throws the relay, allowing 125VAC power to fan and condenser. Correct?

Is fan supposed to be single or 2 speed?

Thanks

Phil,

It depends on your unit. Every A/C manufacturer uses a different current path for their fan motors with different specs on the start and run capacitors.

Can you post a wiring diagram?
