76 arogosy original furnace

Hi. Retiree doing restore on 28’ argosy. It has original lp furnace and not sure if works. Hearing that co2 problems, old fire box, etc. what is recommendations for furnace? Remove completely, replace with new or what. We don’t plan to camp cold weather so .... we open to all suggestions. Thanks

When I was rebuilding my 1975, 22' Argosy, I was concerned about the furnace and wanted to rebuild it. At that time I talked to Andy at Inland RV and we talked about the potential of CO causing death in the trailer. I imediatly removed the old furnace and installed a new one. You only have to use it once and have a problem that you don't wake up from. Either replace or remove and use another safe heat source for your trailer. JMHO!

Suburban NT-30SP , about to put one in my '76 28ft. I have already done a fit check with the outside vents and it aligns right up. These will run you about $650 + shipping online.
