1988 Coleman Delta TX - replacement suggestions

Looking to Replace my 1988 Excella Coleman Delta TX Air Conditioner with a new AC / Heat Pump combination. The Old unit work but is showing age as to thermostat and less than adequate living cooling ability (We just acquired to live in full time). I am entertaining a heat pump as I have heard although expensive it can be cheaper that gas. Based on what I am reading I would love to get a plug-n-play unit, 15,000 BTU's (to support a 29ft trailer) and why not a metal cover. (why not ask for it all ).

Any suggestions out there.

I installed a Coleman Mach 8 low profile, it's about as plug and play as you can get. I replaced a 13.5k Coleman TX with a 15k w/heatpump. Be sure to get the condensation pump kit as that plumbs into your drain tube as you will not have a condensation pan like with the old unit. This unit is somewhat noisy, I have ordered a "hush kit" as others have, haven't put it on yet. My AS is a 1989 Excella 31' so probably close to what you have. Good luck...
