My
1963 Tradewind is finally restored.
The only thing that does NOT work is the oven portion of the originial Tappan range.
The 4 burners all work (even self-lighting via the pilot light. The oven standby pilot light works and can be adjusted higher or lower by the pilot adjustment valve screw.
However, the burner does not light when the oven control dial is turned on.
Any suggestions to remedy this? The oven is in like new condition (no rust, etc.). I am thinking that a valve or line might be clogged, but don't know where to begin looking, or how to test for a clogged line.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
