Missing Grommet

One of my Atwood Stove grommets is missing (may have come this way).

Could it have been pushed thru to the inside?

Can I remove the four screws in the back where the folding cover is attached to remove the stove pan to look to see if in there? If I remove the four screws will the folding cover will come apart? Is that even how I would remove the stove pan?

Should I just replace the grommet and forget about it? My fear is, while not happened yet, the hot oven may cause to melt, smoke, or even catch on fire.

Advise appreciated.
Thanks.

It won't catch fire, though it probably pushed through because the grommet split. Even if you get it back, it will probably just push through again.
Those grommets should be available at your friendly Airstream dealer, and they're pretty inexpensive.
