Contoure micro/convection LED Display

Just noticing that parts of the numbers aren't lighting. Is there a fix or how to replace?

This happened to me too. One fix is to pull it out and reset it (apparently it's on the back of the microwave/convection oven). I decided it was too much work. Wish there was an easy fix. It gets worse........

I called contoure and they offer a replacement panel for ~160.00. They do not offer led replacement.

Hello everyone

I have a 2021 Flying Cloud w/ Contoure RV-200s-CON microwave/convection oven. On our return trip from The Mothership, my oven went dead halfway through baking potatoes) no clock, panel lights, anything. I have power all the way thru the internal fuse in the oven (yes, I pulled the unit out and opened it up). Does anyone have anymore simple ideas before I junk this piece of ---- and install something else. I did not see an obvious"reset" anywhere on the back, but willing to look again.

Our LED display is gradually dying, segment by segment. I have been trying for months to get tech support from Contoure and would purchase a new panel if necessary, but I have submitted many support requests and they have all been ignored. Any advice on how to reach them?

I took our barely 2 year old Contoure convection microwave to a reputable repair shop and after diagnostics determined the board was dead. Repair estimate was $671 after $97 diagnostic fee. We will definitely NOT be replacing with a Contoure! Looking for a counter top Ninja, Breville, or GE.
