I removed 3 large bolts from the inside, and the inner cieling part.

Does this just lift off or is anything else holding it?

yes, once you can lower the inner shroud and the framework that's against the ceiling, the AC lifts off with just two (or three) connections--drain tube, 110 V, and thermostat wires.

All the A/C units that I have encountered are held on by bolts which pass through inner opening. The other issue you will encounter most likely is a gasket that seals the A/C unit to the top of the pan or trailer. It will be destroyed as you lift the unit off.

Ok, that's what I thought, I'm thinking about just moving under a nice tree branch and hoisting it up with a come-a-long.

Pull the trailer out, lower it attach the new one and backup under it.
