Broiler in oven and such
Ok,
This should be easy. To broil, that is right under the flame on the bottom? I obviously need a broiler pan. I am really stymied by this when I had a recipe that needed broiling. Ended up just baking at high temp.

Yes, you can place a small broiler pan or suitable substitute in the very bottom of the oven.
