If you like various types of stews, you might want to consider a Morrocan tajine. I bought one on Amazon and, using a diffuser on the stove burner, made a beef tajine as well as a meat-free vegetarian one with chick peas.

We bake our toast in my Comfee oven. It cooks really good. We always carry it with us on every trip.

my baking in the AS oven has improved with a pizza stone and and oven thermometer. Cakes, pies, etc. turn out fine
