Atwood Stove and Oven Conversion to Furrion

I have a 2017 27' International. I have the Atwood Stove/Oven combination and would like to change out to the current 21" Furrion. In looking at the existing cut-out dimensions, the Atwood appears to use an opening in the counter that is 21" wide, 21" tall, and 18 3/4" deep. In looking at the current Furrion 21" I see cut-out dimensions of: 20-1/9" wide x 20-1/16" tall x 17-3/4" deep. Curiously, the spec says the unit is 20 1/2" wide, not sure how that fits in a 20 1/9" opening.

Does anyone have experience in doing this swap-out? I am reasonably handy, but concerned about the difference in counter cut-out dimensions and what it will take to make this work.

Suggestions on alternative stove/oven combinations are welcome.

Don't know if we can help. I can share photos of a very familiar situation. We replaced a 19x21x16 suburban cook-top in a 1972 Land yacht (galley-1)with a very similar furrion cook-top in 2021 (galley-2). The front of the counter had to be removed and only 1/2" from each side was needed to be cut out for the top to be dropped in. What we had to have made was the the rear next to the curbside as the replacement was shy of three inches. We had the fabricated out at P&S when they polished the Airstream last month. We will see what they can design due to the cook top being a glass top which is subject to breaking. See the pictures attached. You will notice the old cook top in the back in the picture with the opening before the new Furrion was placed in there.
All the best,

I’ve never heard of a measurement such as 1/9”.
