Upper fins on a RM100

It's hard to see but there are fine up there. My question is how do you get up there to clean the dust webs off of them. Only have a lower outside compartment door on this 76 Ambassador. Would a dryer vent cleaner work or would I need to remove the fridge to clean it.

The fins I am referring to is the condenser. How do you clean them without removing the entire fridge. Help please, they are filthy.
