Switching to standard shore power refrigerator

Getting ready to remove the RV fridge and put in a regular fridge hooked to shore power. RV is permanently parked - 1994 34' Excella.

Of course will need wire it to regular current. Any words of wisdom??

How well does your proposed "home fridge" fit in the space?

Do you have "a lot" of ventilation around the fridge (as you would in a home)?

When it defrosts, where does the "water" go?

How well does it handle "garage" temperatures?
