Do you really need that big (110 liter) of a freezer? We have an Engel 40 liter, and that holds a lot of frozen food. If you're on shore power, no problem, but on DC, plan on some extra charging to keep the batteries up. Depending on ambient temp, and how cold you keep the freezer will determine the current draw. Our Engel pulls between 1-2.5 amperes per hour.
External insulation, such as Reflectix helps.
On our boat, we keep a dedicated group 27 battery for the freezer. Charging is with a Yamaha 1000 and a marine charger. It takes about an hour in both morning and evening in 80°-90° weather.
If you keep it in the trailer, I recommend some footman loops and strapping. Ours lives in the back of the truck when we are towing.
