Refrigerator - RM 2804 help

Trying to get my RM 2804 Refrigerator out. Need help on what to do first. Also need to check the roof vent, but it doesn't look like I can go through the roof to clean it out, so how do I do that? I want the refrig out so I can try the burping to see if it will work properly after that. 1975 Excella 500 Annie-ok

This is how mine came out.

Refrig doors off, everything out, gas off, regulator off tanks, unplug, end off, top off, screws out of brackets, lift bottom front, get a helper and take it outside.

Mine weighed about 200 pounds. No way do I put it back. I have a new one seasoning in my shop.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

Annie it takes considerable time and effort to remove the fridge from a 70's excella. The end wall has to be removed to get at the brackets mounting the fridge to the trailer outside walls. Burping seldom works and if it does it doesn't last long. I would just replace the fridge or have the cooling unit reconditioned before I went to all the effort removing the fridge and trying the burp.

Annie-- I'm in the same boat.
I ordered a reconditioned fridge and it worked fine on the back porch but inside the trailer won't cooler the refrigerator part. but it does cool the freezer.

I'll be calling the service company on Monday.

Can anyone direct me to a copy of the operating instructions for an RM2804?

I can't figure out the thermostats....
