Out refrigerator, Dometic RM 3762, stopped working today on the road. The error code 'E0' displays, then goes blank.
The owners manual says that that there is no communication between the display and power module. The 5 amp glass looked good, but its dark and I'll pull it in the morning. I have not checked the mini fuse but will do so in the am as well. J2 the plug to the display was seated ok.
Verify adequate power, not just fuse is good. Test power after the fuse tun on board if possible. Check voltage while powering up may require a patient assistant. Good luck!

Thanks for your tip. I re-read the owners manual and re-tried the service mode (it didn't work last night). After going through all of the steps, the fridge resumed normal operation...
Went to turn on the refrig and got the EO code. First thing I did was pull the 12V fuse to check it's condition, fine replaced it check and the refrig turned on and has ran fine since. This is the RM3762 in our 15 Classic

E3 refrigerator code
My 2014 Flying Cloud is at inside storage and today when I went to do a routine check I found the refrigerator warm, at 60 degrees, and an E3 error code.
Any idea what caused this and how to clear it?
Would also be interested in any contact info anyone might have to reach Dometic Support or Customer Service.
Thanks all

Had the same issue and I was able to clear it by removing the DC power from the mother board. It seems an error code can get "stuck" in board memory and removing DC power to the board for 5 minutes or so clears the code....
