I have a 2021
Caravel 19' and it came equiped wirh the Nova Kool R 4500 DC.
I have had touble with the compressor from the start, it's so noisy when it starts , sounds like a diesel pusher is moving into my camp site. There was a dealer recall this year , the brackets that hold the frig in place were left out. The dealer removed the frig and installed the brackets and while they were at it I asked them to insulate the cabinet walls. I was hopeful that would help but has not. Any body having the same issue?
I'm not in my trailer so can't provide anything but the model # R4500DC. The temperature is always in the 70's where I trailer. I don't have trouble with heat, the compressor is the problem when it starts , there's a big jolt and then the vibration noise is loud while it's running.
