Norcold N10DC

I just received an E3 error code on my 2023 international. Looked at airstream supplied manual and they are useless. Looked at Norcold website and they too are useless. The only provided support between 1 and 4pm and airstream no longer provides phone support. I did notice that the error happened while the VictronConnect was doing an equalization and battery voltage was around 16 volts. Is this a concern?

I received the same error code when I was Boondocking and the batteries had dropped below adequate voltage. Once the batteries recharged sufficiently, the error code cleared. In the meantime, I turned off the fridge and kept it closed. (And you’re correct about the supplied manual. Useless.)

I find the service manager at my dealer to be a good source of knowledge

When your fridge beeps and gives the E3 code go to your SeaLevel monitor and look at what your battery voltage is at.

A year into using my 2022 model mine started giving the E3 code. The first couple of times was while I was running the water pump while the furnace was running and a bunch of lights were on. I noticed that my battery voltage was indicating 11.8 volts. This was strange to me because I have a 400ah lithium bank were 90% full indicated by the battery shunt.
I checked the voltage at the batteries which was over 13 volts, and then checked the voltage at the fuse panel which showed 12 volts. Hmm? Turns out there was a loose connection behind the fuse panel on the Intellitec battery cutoff relay. I tightened the lug and now the SeaLevel monitor voltage matches the actual voltage of the batteries and no more E3 code.
So, you have low voltage; if your batteries are fully charged and you're still getting low voltage you probably have a loose connection somewhere.

Thanks but my voltage was 16 volts, batteries were being equalized. I have two AGM batteries but I am planning on purchasing 2 lithium batteries when I get home. This should not happen again since lithium batteries don't need equalization. In the mean time I have turned off equalization.
