New Classic Fridge Dead On Elec

We have a brand new Classic 30'. Have it parked in RV Resort and plugged up. Refrigerator has been working fine on electric. I don't have propane turned on, as we have reliable power. Came in this afternoon to a hot fridge and showing on gas lockout, as it had tried to light on propane and didn't light. Power is on, no breakers tripped,,,nada. Opened gas, turned on/off, restarted and it doesn't see electric and goes directly to propane. 12 V is fine, panel is working. 120 V receptacle is fine as I checked with fan. So, any tricks to seeing why it's not seeing shore power.

I believe there is a fuse on the circuit board behind the cover. It's also possible the heating element has failed. There are some youTube videos for your issue.

Found the fuse on the board. Yes it was blown. Thanks much.
