Heat Element for Dometic M52 Fridge

Anyone know of a source for a replacement or substitute heat element for Dometic M52? Tried one source listed in thread re later model and was told "you wont find one anywhere for something that old". No stamps on old unit re watts etc.

We have that heating element.
