Electric fridge outlet

I want to replace my old dometic with an electric fridge, but the closest electrical outlet is the one above the kitchen counter(66' Caravel). It would be ideal if there was another outlet below the counter. Would this be hard to do, or is there a more obvious solution?

Is your Dometic gas only and not gas/electric?

My '67 GT had a 110 volt outlet on the floor under the fridge. If you have the same setup it would be easy to move to accomedate the new unit.

It is possible if you know a bit about electricity and putting a few holes in the interior skin. An easier suggestion is to use the flat wall channels like they do went the want to move an outlet in a house. That way you do not need to fish wires through the walls.

The original dometic is shot - its already been removed and I'm rebuilding the kitchen cabinet. I've already purchased the new electric fridge. I don't use gas at all - I just use electricity for everything.
