When unplugging my airstream and hitting the road, my refrigerator will make the clicking sound for lighting the propane. The burner lights, the clicking continues as if it did not light. Then, when clicking stops the flame goes out. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Any Suggestions or ideas would be appreciated

The flame sensor is either dirty or the spade connector where it clips onto the gas valve is corroded resulting in the gas valve not getting the signal that the flame is lit. The flame sensor could be bad but I've never seen one go bad, just the connection, or dirty, or not positioned in the flame. It is a solid wire that is in the flame at one end and connected to the gas valve at the other.

Thanks for the help. You were right. I blew out the burner area as well as the whole compartment with compressed air and the problem was fixed. I should have known to try this but didn’t think to.
Thanks again[emoji106]

If it happens again wiggle the spade connector. I replaced mine with gold plated ends and covered with heat shield fabric.
