Dometic Fridge Interior Freezer Fins Discolored/Moldy?

2014 Sport 22FB, Dometic single door 3-way fridge, removable freezer compartment. The aluminum fins in the freezer compartment are discolored, they almost look like they have mold on them. Scrubbing with diluted bleach solution with a towel and a toothbrush has no effect whatsoever. Is this mold, or just discoloration? Is this normal? We have always turned off the fridge after a trip and left the door ajar. There is no evidence of mold anywhere else in the fridge.
