Dometic fridge help!

Hi all! I have a Dometic Rv fridge RM2510 (the one where the freezer is inside the fridge and not separate compartments).

Anywho - the fridge isn’t cooling but the freezer is ice cold. The little fins in the fridge arent even cold. The fridge doesn’t smell like ammonia and I checked the back for yellow film on pipes and wires and it’s as clean as a babies bottom. Check out the pics. I would hook up a militimeter to it but I have no idea where to start as I don’t see any exposed wires. Is there anything I can check before I do invasive troubleshooting on it or take it in to get it checked out?

Could it be the thermistor?

Thanks in advance

What year is your fridge? From your description it sounds like it is working. Did you give it a whole day to cool? I am not 100% sure but I believe there is no other source of cooling other than the freezer and the fins. Is it reasonably level? Do the door gaskets have a good seal? Does it work any better on 120 or gas?
Gas cools faster.

Hi there! I plugged it in for approximately 1.5 hours on AC (haven’t tried gas yet). The fins are room temperature. The freezer box is cold and freezing (ice on the rear bolts). From my understanding, those fins are suppose to get cold. Well, they aren’t!! Let me know if this is normal - it’s my first Trailer with a modern fridge. Fridge is from 2009

Try the FridgeCool fan. We got one and it helps with quicker cool down and maintains temp.

It takes 12 hours longer if the weather is over 80 for my fridge to cool even through the freezer is very cold. The freezer getting cold in an hour and s half is fast.

Thanks,
Matti
