Cabinet mod for new fridge

Hello all,

Dometic has discontinued the model fridge in my 91 Excella 25 and the replacement is a bit wider and taller. Does anyone have any suggestions on how and if they modified the cabinet to accept the new model? I need help answering what is underneath the platform the original fridge sat on. It seems to be the black tank but I am curious if it is flush with the platform or the floor. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for reading my post

What model fridge are you replacing? What model are you looking at for a replacement? I replace the fridge on our 34' Excella a couple of months ago and was able to find one about an inch and a half shorter. They are all the same width. It is usually easier to modify the opening higher, rather than the base.
